Rooms at these special rates are subject to limited availability: early booking is highly reccomended.

Please make sure you have registered to the Congress and write at info@sinsmeeting.com to get the code necessary to access the special deal reserved to SINS2017 participants.

Booking procedure

1) Visit www.reginaisabella.com  and type in details of your stay (arrival 30/09/17, nights 1, 2, 3 or 4 and number of guests 1, 2 or 3 in case of a triple room) (see picture).

2) Clicking on Send you will access a page detailing official rates of all rooms available to anyone online, to gain access to our reduced rates you need to Click on “modify” and type in a CLIENT CODE (see pictures below).

To receive this code write an email to: info@sinsmeeting.com

Type in the code in the CLIENT CODE box (see picture), you will then have access to the booking service at the reduced rates reserved to SINS2017 Congress’ participants.

3) Choose and select your room by clicking on Reserve. Fill in personal information and credit card details (for warranty) and you will receive confirmation of your booking directly from the hotel.

Tranfer services are bookable contacting the hotel info@reginaisabella.it, specifying you are a SINS Congress participant in order to benefit special rates:

Direct Transfer by private car to the hotel (from Naples Airport or Train Station to the hotel and vice versa, including ferry tickets); Direct Transfer by private car to Naples harbour (from Naples Airport or Train Station to Naples harbour and vice versa, including hydrofoil tickets). In both cases, please specify the flight number and the arrival time at Naples airport or train station in the email.

A wide range of hotel and B&B accommodation are also available close to the conference venue at Lacco Ameno, and can be easily found on most common accommodation search engines.
