Registration on site will be possible during the entire Conference, within the opening hours of the registration desk.
PARTICIPANT’S DINNER TICKET
Congress’ Participant’s Dinner will take place on October 3, 2017.

REGISTRATION POLICY FOR COVERING AND PRESENTING AUTHORS
We would like to remind you the authors that, in order to finalize the scientific program in due time, abstract submission can be done only after being registered to the Congress.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing directly to the Conference Organizing Secretariat -secretariat@sinsmeeting.com .
Refund of the registration fees with a retain of € 50,00 for processing fee will be provided for cancellations received prior to May 31, 2017.
Refund of 50% of the registration fees will be provided for cancellations received prior to September 20, 2017.
No refund will be provided after this date, however, substitutions of individuals attending are accepted. All refunds will be paid after the Congress.
